SCFM2026 Conference Exhibitor Submission Form

The South Carolina Federation of Museums invites you to participate in our annual conference, September 9-11, 2026, in Aiken, SC jointly hosted by the Aiken County Historical Museum and the Savannah River Site Museum. The annual SCFM conference provides an opportunity to museum professionals, volunteers, and advocates alike to promote education, networking, and advancement of museum best practices. Whether a past exhibitor or first time attendee, we're excited to have you join us for our three-day conference event.

For a $250 registration fee, exhibitors will receive one table space in our exhibitor's area, a full conference registration for one attendee ($175 value ), and inclusion in conference welcome materials and SCFM web and social media promotion. For each additional booth representative (up to 3 total), pricing increases the amount by $75.
